Let me be clear - I am a gold card holder with Hilton and Radisson, so I travel quite a lot and stay at a lot of 4* and occasionally 5*. Thus, plenty of experience to compare. The Plaza Prague hotel is the ABSOLUTE BEST value for money. A 10/10 experience. Great staff at reception, Kristian was so helpful with any question we had. Jan and Diana were quite kind too. Clean, delicious food, discount for the lovely Italian restaurant downstairs and a Prague pass gift. What an absolute gem of a hotel!!! Definitely coming back!!!

The price was good, garage in the basement was included in the price. The location means that you can walk into the center for most of the trip along the Donau in approximately 1 hour. The staff were helpful and friendly. Good and clean room with a good bed. Good bathroom with good lighting. Great food in the restaurant and friendly waiters. Good breakfast buffet with everything and the staff were efficient with cleaning and refilling. We had a great stay at the Plaza. Right from the booking there was good email contact. On arrival, they were immediately ready to help with parking. At check-in we got a voucher for a welcome drink in the restaurant. There was a welcome card and a bottle of wine in the room. Check-out was a good and quick experience with a good conversation. Thanks to Diana, Lenka and Jan at the reception

It's a very good hotel. The employees were very friendly and were able to answer all questions well. Many thanks to the reception staff (Diana, Maria and Jan). The breakfast was very good and we were very happy that my 🐕 was even welcome in the restaurant. They even brought him a bowl of water. It's a dog friendly place in general and it was possible to bring him with us for free. What suprised me was the large number of sockets in the room. I don't know that from other hotels (sometimes you have to unplug lamps there for getting a "free socket"). Great! It was possible to park the car in the garage. Reserving the parking spot was uncomplicated and free.

The Hotel was great, the staff were superb, Jan, Hina and Honza were extremely helpful, the house keeper on our floor was also so friendly and nice. I would definitely recommend downloading the app Bolt similar to Uber, from the hotel to the old centre was 75/80kc, they are super quick and professional. I would also recommend the breakfast, an extensive choice, something for everyone.

It is important to note right away that this is a very solid hotel worthy of four stars. The staff is very polite and professional. The breakfast is rich and very well organized. Despite the crowd, it never ran out of anything. Location is far from the center of Prague but by tram you can be there in 15 minutes. I would be very happy to give the hotel a ten. BUT...

The restaurant's menu and atmosfere were very very good, tried the Sabatelli menu, also the breakfast was excellent. Waiters Yuriy and Irina were very professional and friendly, many thanks for the service and recommendations

Smaller hotel on the outskirts of Prague, about 10 minutes into the centre on the tram, or a lovely 40 minute walk. The hotel was spotless, lovely sized executive rooms and the continental breakfast was spot on. All staff on reception were fab, friendly and welcoming, always happy to chat and offer some great recommendations for local restaurants.

Lovely hotel, large room, fridge, nice restaurant, very friendly and accommodating staff. They make sure you know everything you need to know for your stay when you check in, and you have no fear of asking them anything, any time. At the desk, both Diana and Kris were great. The wait staff in the restaurant were also fantastic. I’m sorry that I forget our waiter’s name but she was just awesome. It’s pretty close to a rail station. It’s very clean and seems well-cared for.

Very comfortable and nice room with coffee machine, water. we’ve got a bottle of wine in room and welcome drink in the bar. the location is on side from the Old Town but it is worth to stay there and get away from the crazy prices at the Old Town. very good connection with tram nr 6 which has a stop just in front of the hotel. breakfast vas sooooo gooooood! honestly this breakfast is one of the best I had in the hotels - from fresh bread, cakes, cereal, pancakes, sausage, different kind of eggs, etc, etc. coffee juices … just WOW. good job!

Everything. The location is perfect. Close to the airport (35 min by taxi) but close to the city center to (20 min by tramway 17). Upon arrival you get a free drink voucher and a simple Prague Pass (including few promotions for restaurants, visits etc). They also offer a free bottle of red wine. The breakfast is very good. I really appreciate that they offer the breakfast even if you leave early. The staff is flowless, they are all very very nice and helpful. The hotel has also an Italian restaurant and supermarkets around. The tramway 17 is in front of the hotel you cross the street and you are there.
